It was a beautiful day but it was too hot. I was going down to the beach. When I got there I saw my friends after that I hopped out of the car and we jumped into the ocean.
But as we jumped into the ocean! we saw a shark. So we stood still and did not move then my mum saw the shark fin and panicked she was so whored .
But then my dad saw it and throw a fish.the one he threw had been bleeding so the shark followed the smell of blood.And went away.
I Really had cool day but it was weird and surrey. But dad save my life and i felt so bad and but was thankful for him to save my of my life and to still be here.
- WOW! running with one arm is difficult. Did you know that 90% of the time the paralympics are for the people that have metal legs and no arm but the hardest thing is being blind. But yesterday we had to run with one arm it is hard and difficult. You only get use to it if you really have lost a limbs.
Shot-put is the best sport in the world I am glad we got to have some time doing shot-put. But you would hate to stand on one leg and to do it with a base ball. I did not like it because the first time I throw the ball it land in front of me and everyone thought it was hilarious I did not.
Did you know that we went to the zoo and I got to help feed a snake. I was so scared I thought that it was going to bite me . Then I remembered that a snake likes to eat meat.
After that I went to see the monkeys. I also helped to feed them too . I gave them some bananas and then some apples and oranges.
Then me and my mum went to see the pride lands and gave them a big bunch of leaves and then went to the meerkats and went thought the dunloe and saw a meerkats threw a big hole .
Finally I returned home to have dinner. But one thing that was sore was my feet. Next time I want to feed the lions.

a charging bull racing for the finish line hoping to win the gold medal but knowing that there are other people in a wheelchair to. Finally the race is over but still to come the medals. Hoping to get the gold for themselves. they probably hate being disable but being a winner is not the only best thing it is having good strength to win and also having good sportsmanship.
Sometimes there are big problems in cross county but it is a lot of fun.
BANG!!!! goes the blocks running thuong the gwey yuke mud .Saying to myself ’’MAN i hate this’’ but in the end it is fun.
The track was so muddy i slipped in the mud on my bum. That did not stop me from running .As i was running i smelled a really yucky smell it smelled like cow poo!! but i kept on running.
Whooo the finish line thinking to myself ’how on earth did i get here so fast’ running through the finish line ouch i thought falling down i got back up strat away and ran the race.
In the end i had a good time i think that even thought that i came 11th and fall down twice I had a good time wouldn't you ?
Guess what ? Happened on tuesday I had the most wonderful day with my friend called Bronek. She and I had a BBQ at school it was so cool . With my teacher and room 15 it is called school fun day .
Did you know that onions can make you cry. Well they can make you cry if they are really juicy. Cooked onions smell really nice but I did not have any .

When you do run it is very hard. you can come third second or first but you do need to try very hard. I love coming first .
