My New avatar

HI guys I was told to create a avatar for my classes level a up chart it's basically just about managing yourself and  getting your work done and well there's three levels and the 1st one is (still learning) the 2nd one is (I can mange myself but needs help to still stay on track) and the 3rd one is what I think I am on and this is it (I can mange myself and finish my work of properly where ever I work ) so I've done it and I just wanted to share it with you.
